The District
Founder's District is divided into 8 divisions. Each division is managed by a governor who works with area governors to motivate clubs and provide good, effective educational programs.

all over Southern California. Follow your winners as they make their way
through each level to reach the top. Get inspired and attend the fabulous District Conference
on April 24 and watch the best speakers in Founder's District compete for the chance to compete
at the International Speech competition this year.
