Homer Awards

The Helen “Homer” Blanchard Award for Extraordinary Service Leadership is bestowed to those who emulate the enduring, ground-breaking, innovative, and legacy-building spirit of Toastmaster International’s first female member, Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) recipient, and International President. Initially awarded at the Founder’s District Conference – Spring 2010, “The Homer Award” is given annually or semi-annually by choice and selection of the District Governor.
